FREED Sale Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all sales, promotions, and discounts offered by FREED, including any individual item markdowns or promotional offers. By participating in any FREED sale, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
   • Promotions are valid only on the select items described in the sale.
   • Certain collections or items, including limited-edition designs, collaborations, and custom-made products, may be excluded from promotions.
   • Final Sale items are not eligible for any promotion, return, or exchange.
   • All Last Chance items are final sale.
2. Promotional Limitations
   • Sale items are not eligible for additional discounts, promotions, or price adjustments. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
   • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively past purchases, taxes, shipping fees, or gift card purchases.
3. Quantities and Availability
   • All promotions are available for a limited time and while supplies last. FREED cannot guarantee item availability.
4. Returns and Exchanges
   • FREED’s standard return policy applies to eligible items purchased during sales.
   • Final Sale items and gift cards are excluded from returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
5. Shipping and Handling
   • Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products purchased during promotional periods. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Modifications and Changes
   • FREED reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions, discounts, or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
